1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, browsing tutor directory listings, or submitting inquiries on Easy Notes Tutor Directory, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform services.

2. Tutor Obligations & Rules

• Accurate Information: Tutors must provide true, complete, and accurate academic credentials, qualifications, experience, and contact details.
• Verification Approval & Purpose: Public display of the "Verified Tutor" badge requires mandatory administrative review of three key identity and credential records: CNIC Front, CNIC Back, and Highest Qualification Degree. Verification purely validates profile identity to prevent fraud and does not score or rank tutor merit. A verification fee of PKR 500 is required upon verification completion before profile publication. A one-time platform service fee of PKR 500 per student applies only upon successfully acquiring a student through the platform.
• Profile Photos: Profile pictures must be professional, front-facing headshots under 5 MB (JPG/PNG format, up to 3000 × 3000px). Inappropriate images will result in verification rejection.
• Conduct: Tutors must maintain high professional standards, punctual communication, and honest representations in all student interactions.

3. Student & Parent Rules

• Students and parents are responsible for verifying tutor qualifications, credentials, and background information prior to finalizing tuition arrangements.
• Platform inquiry features must be used solely for legitimate educational searches and inquiries. Spam, solicitation, or abusive communication is strictly prohibited.

4. Platform Fees & Financial Terms

• Directory Free for Students: Browsing profiles and submitting inquiries is free for students and parents.
• Tutor Fees: Applicable verification and service fees apply to tutors as outlined in our fee structure.
• Direct Tuition Payments: Tuition fee rates, payment schedules, and tuition arrangements are negotiated directly between students and tutors. Easy Notes does not collect or process tuition payments.

5. Account Termination & Suspension

Easy Notes Tutor Directory reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or remove any account or profile that violates our platform rules, submits fraudulent information, or engages in inappropriate conduct.
