General Overview
Easy Notes Tutor Directory is an online platform designed to connect students with verified tutors across Pakistan for both online classes and home tuition. Easy Notes Tutor Directory facilitates connections only. Teaching agreements, fees, schedules, and tuition arrangements remain strictly between students and tutors.
Creating a student account, browsing tutor profiles, and sending inquiries are free. For tutors, account creation is free, followed by transparent verification and service fees upon securing students.
For Students
You can search directly from the home page using keywords such as tutor name, subject (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Computer Science, IELTS/PTE), city (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan), qualification, institute, gender preference, or teaching mode (Online/Home).
A tutor profile might not appear if it is currently pending administrative verification, inactive, or restricted by active search filter criteria.
Both guest visitors and registered users can send inquiries directly from a tutor's profile page. Logged-in students can easily track sent messages, responses, and updates within their Student Dashboard, whereas guest inquiries are sent directly without dashboard tracking.
While our administration reviews tutor credentials before verification, students and parents are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any tuition agreement.
For Tutors
Upon completing registration and setting up your profile, your account is reviewed by our administration team. Profiles remain hidden until they successfully complete the administrative verification process.
A "Verified Tutor" badge confirms that Easy Notes administrators have inspected and verified three core items: the tutor's CNIC Front, CNIC Back, and Highest Qualification Degree. This verification protects students against fake profiles and confirms identity authentications.
- Verification Fee: A fee of PKR 500 applies before official profile publication.
- Service Fee: A one-time service fee of PKR 500 per student is charged only after successfully acquiring a student.
Profile pictures must be in standard JPG or PNG format, under 5 MB in size, with maximum dimensions up to 3000 × 3000 pixels. We recommend uploading a clear, professional, front-facing headshot. Uploads are automatically processed and resized into square profile avatars.
No. Documents such as your CNIC and academic qualifications are requested solely to verify your identity and the authenticity of your profile. They are reviewed only by authorized administrators, kept confidential, and are not used to calculate rankings, recommendations, or merit within the tutor directory. Verification helps maintain a safe, trustworthy platform for both tutors and students.
Privacy & Payments
No. Tuition fees are negotiated directly between students and tutors. Easy Notes Tutor Directory does not process tuition payments.
Accounts & Security
No. Registered names, email addresses, and contact details are fixed for security and profile verification reasons. If a correction is needed, you must submit a support request to our admin team via the Contact Us page.
Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
You can request a secure password reset link via your account email through the "Forgot Password" page.
